Introduction

Hey! I’m Oscar, a Taiwanese Kiwi. The first nine years of my life was spent in Taiwan. Growing up in Taiwan and migrating to New Zealand has been a challenging journey. It’s without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve done but also the most rewarding thing. Learning how to navigate a different culture has shaped me into an open-minded and curious individual. These traits have guided me to explore the world and develop my identity as a global citizen.

I’m looking forward to everything that I will experience in India – seeing global tech companies that are worth billions of dollars, interacting with the locals, visiting the Dharavi slums, learning about the different religions in India, embracing spirituality, discovering Indian cuisine, visiting ashrams & temples, practicing meditation & yoga, documenting this entire journey in the most authentic way possible, bonding with like-minded individuals, and sharing this experience with my best mate that’s also going.

But emotionally, I felt a swirling tornado of emotions that ripped apart the metaphorical shelter that protected me from the harsh reality of…Continue…
