Introduction
My name is Sereynita Yav, or as friends call me, Curlie! I’m excited about a semester exchange journey to the United States, with the University of Washington as my destination. Currently in my second year of studies and will be in exchange for this 2024 semester 2, I’m passionate about pursuing a degree in BCom with a focus on marketing. As a second-year student majoring in marketing within the BCom programme, I’m keen to learn all about business operations and the world of marketing. I’m determined to soak up knowledge and gain marketing insights during this exchange. I’ll study hard to make the most of this opportunity. Of course, I’ll be hitting the books like most dedicated students would, but I am also equally ready to brush myself up on every bit of American culture, explore the city, make new friends, try new foods, or maybe even find the best coffee spot in the hood.
