Introduction

Kia ora! My name is Abigail and I feel extremely lucky to be going on exchange to the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom for their Spring Semester. I’ll be beginning my third year of study, doing a conjoint in Science (Chemistry) and Music (Jazz performance)!

I’ve always wanted to visit the United Kingdom, and I can’t wait to finally make the most of this opportunity. It’s so exciting to have this chance to travel around the other side of the world. Manchester seems to be such a vibrant and diverse city, and I’m really looking forward to meeting lots of wonderful people and furthering my studies in such a new environment!

Exploring this new city is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I’m excited to discover all Manchester has to offer! I can’t wait to bring you all along on my journey 🙂
