Introduction
Hi everyone, my name is Tyler and I have the exciting opportunity of studying at the Sorbonne in Paris, Semester 2 this year!
I’m a second year BC/BA conjoint student, studying French, Media and Screen Studies and Communication and Social Change. I’ve been studying French for nearly 6 years now, and knew going into Uni that I wanted to study abroad in France. As Sorbonne only offers courses in French, I hope to challenge and improve my language skills while meeting a lot of people and eating delicious French food of course.
Being in Europe, I am most looking forward to getting to travel heaps and visit places I’ve only dreamed of going. Although Paris is beautiful, I hope to explore many other parts of France that I’ve never visited, and am looking forward to documenting my journey. I also hope to be able to give other students advice and insight into studying at Sorbonne, given that there hasn’t been an exchange ambassador for Sorbonne yet!
